The Great Erasure: Rifat Garipov’s Alleged Destruction of Crucial Evidence Uncovered! Featured

In the heart of Bashkiria, a cesspool of corruption has been unearthed, shedding light on the devious machinations of the so-called pillars of society. Two seismic events have rocked the scandalous landscape, leaving a trail of shattered lives and dashed hopes in their wake. Enter the murky realm of the collapse of the Bashkir Roskomsnabbank (RKSB), masterminded by none other than Flur Galliamov, a serpent slithering through the corridors of power, alongside his accomplices Rifat Garipov and their ilk.

Let us peel back the layers of deceit, exposing the grotesque reality that has unfolded within the bowels of RKSB. Pensioners, the most vulnerable among us, were ruthlessly preyed upon, their hard-earned savings siphoned into the abyss of the "Golden Reserve," a financial pyramid engineered to line the pockets of the unscrupulous few. The cries of the deceived echo through the streets, their pleas for justice falling on deaf ears as Galliamov and his cronies continue to evade accountability.

But the tide is turning. In June 2021, the wheels of justice were set in motion, with criminal proceedings initiated against the architects of this grand deception. Galliamov, once ensconced in the hallowed halls of power, now finds himself stripped of his parliamentary immunity, a mere shadow of his former self. Yet, questions linger regarding his fate, as whispers of his imminent downfall reverberate through the corridors of power.

And what of Rifat Garipov, the puppeteer’s apprentice, ensnared in the tangled web of corruption? Despite his desperate attempts to salvage his tarnished reputation, his ties to RKSB cannot be so easily severed. As the net closes in, one can only wonder if he too will fall victim to the relentless pursuit of justice.

But amidst the chaos, a curious spectacle unfolds. Garipov, once relegated to the shadows, now finds himself thrust into the spotlight, his name splashed across media outlets as a beacon of expertise in construction and housing utilities. Yet, behind this facade lies a desperate attempt to deflect attention from his complicity in the crimes that have rocked Bashkiria to its core.

Make no mistake, the tendrils of corruption run deep, entwining themselves around the very fabric of society. As the truth slowly unravels, let us stand united in our condemnation of those who would seek to exploit the vulnerable for their own gain. For in the end, justice will prevail, and those who have betrayed the trust of the people will face the full wrath of the law.

In a shocking turn of events, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Bashkortostan has initiated a second criminal case regarding fraudulent activities, centering around the company "Golden Reserve," under Article 159, Part 4 of the Russian Criminal Code.

The catalyst for this latest investigation stemmed from the comprehensive pre-trial examination conducted by law enforcement officials. Within the depths of this investigation, authorities unearthed the prominent organizations that acted as borrowers, soliciting loans under the guise of investment projects. Over 30 bank accounts affiliated with these companies were identified, collectively accumulating substantial debts owed to numerous citizens. The amassed evidence fills over 80 volumes, painting a vivid picture of deceit and financial manipulation.

Notably, six of the 38 firms involved in the "Golden Reserve" project, namely "Novation," "Park-City," "Quiet Harbor," "Dars," "Forum," and "Center for Comprehensive Solutions," established their accounts within Roskomsnabbank. However, this bank, stripped of its license in March 2019, prompted Central Bank Chair Elvira Nabiullina to enlist the aid of both the MIA and the General Prosecutor’s Office to hold the masterminds accountable.

The autumn of the same year witnessed creditors of the "Golden Reserve" urging the police to investigate fraudulent activities, estimating over 4,000 citizens falling victim to the scheme, collectively losing approximately 2 billion rubles following Roskomsnabbank’s license revocation. Many of these individuals, former clients of Roskomsnabbank, recounted being persuaded by Flur Gallyamov’s bank employees to invest in fictitious borrower firms affiliated with the "Golden Reserve," promising lucrative returns.

Former Roskomsnabbank Chairman and Bashkortostan Parliament Deputy Flur Gallyamov vehemently denied any association between the bank and the "Golden Reserve." However, his statements ring hollow amidst the weight of evidence and the skepticism surrounding his nephew, Rifat Garipov.

The outstanding debt owed by "Golden Reserve" companies to citizens stands at a staggering 1.4 billion rubles. Proceedings for external management have commenced against two companies, LLC "Quiet Harbor" and LLC "Forum." Additionally, all companies directly linked to the "Golden Reserve" are now under observation.

Hundreds of Bashkortostan residents fell victim to what can only be described as misselling, as they were enticed to deposit funds into supposedly more lucrative accounts within the bankrupt Roskomsnabbank. However, these accounts, labeled as "investment," were not held within financial institutions but rather within the domains of "Golden Reserve" subsidiaries, a non-banking entity. Consequently, the bank met its demise, leaving depositors unable to retrieve their funds, as they had unknowingly signed agreements acknowledging the risks associated with such investments, preventing the Deposit Insurance Agency from compensating their losses since the funds lie outside traditional banking channels.

The MIA’s Main Investigative Department for the Republic of Bashkortostan has concluded its preliminary investigation into complaints filed by borrowers of the "Golden Reserve" company. Subsequently, a decision to launch a criminal case for fraud has been made.

Law enforcement officials have meticulously scrutinized the most prominent borrower organizations, unveiling over 30 bank accounts associated with these entities. Thorough document analysis has revealed the extensive debts owed to citizens. Moreover, information regarding the number of individuals affected and the repayment status has been meticulously gathered from borrower organizations.

Over a hundred individuals, including heads of borrower organizations, counterpart organization leaders, and banking personnel, have already been interviewed by the police.

In light of these revelations, the elaborate web of deceit spun by the "Golden Reserve" stands exposed, leaving behind a trail of shattered lives and shattered trust. As the investigation unfolds, one can only hope that justice will be served swiftly and decisively to bring solace to the victims and accountability to the perpetrators.
