Recently, the Kyiv City Council Land Commission, headed by UDAR party deputy Mikhail Terentyev,  approved  the transfer of a 7.91-hectare land plot with cadastral number 8000000000:90:400:0006 to DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION LLC for some construction, which is located at 27 km of the Stolichnoye Highway in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, to the elite Koncha-Zaspa. The entire capital establishment lives there.

This land belongs to the long-suffering sanatorium "Zhovten", which was stolen from the state and for several years the State Bureau of Investigation has been inactive regarding this crime. The sanatorium property itself was arrested and transferred to the management of the Asset Search and Management Agency (ARMA). But Klitschko was not at all embarrassed by this point, and he decided to transfer the elite plot of land to the Odessa oligarch and pro-Russian criminal Boris Kaufman, who represents Russian business in Ukraine, and his swindler partners from Cyprus, to whom we will return a little later. Why a criminal? Because Kaufman and his partner Alexander Granovsky are reasonably  suspected  of illegally  taking over  the Odessa International Airport, as a result of which they stole 2.5 billion in budget revenue.

Kaufman has the most direct relation to the company "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION" together with citizens of the Republic of Cyprus, who are firmly connected with the aggressor country. The scandalous Odessa businessman at one time quite successfully bankrupted the following Ukrainian banks: "FINBANK", "PLATINUM BANK", the head of the board of which was once  Ekaterina Rozhkova  - the first deputy head of the NBU, and "UKRBUDINVESTBANK", together with the scandalous businessman Artur Chechetkin.

Kaufman, through his tobacco monopoly TEDIS UKRAINE (former MEGAPOLIS), where his share is 49.9%, covers up the joint business of the Russian arms baron  Igor Kesayev , Putin’s godfather  Viktor Medvedchuk  and  Boris Lozhkin . Why does the government not pay attention to the Odessa oligarch, who willingly shares business with  representatives  of a terrorist country, thereby generously sponsoring the Russian military-industrial complex? As is known, money decides everything! And what money does not decide, very big money decides. This is exactly what is happening in our case. And now, even in the area allocated personally by the mayor of the capital Klitschko, which we wrote about at the very beginning of our material, the interest of Kaufman and his unholy Cypriot partners is clearly visible.

Now, it’s time to move on to the company "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION", which is laying claim to such a "fat" piece of land in Koncha-Zaspa. Believe me, this is where the most interesting and exciting part of our investigation begins. To clarify the data on the owners of the above-mentioned company, we  turn  to the YOUCONTROL analytical system. And what do we see? The owners of "DEVELOPMENT SOLUTION" are the Cyprus offshore company "MEKUDA LIMITED" and a certain citizen of Cyprus Christina Sofokleous, registered at the address: Cyprus, 1043, Limassol, Germasogeia, Giasemion, 4, apartment 21.

So what does Kaufman have to do with it? And considering that her father, Andreas Sofokleous, also a citizen of Cyprus and  the owner of  the Kiev and Cyprus law firm Sofokleous and Partners, which  is located  at 36-D Saksaganskoho Street, is a partner of Boris Kaufman and is quite closely connected with the latter. We came to this conclusion after visiting the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), which provides information on the owners of a significant stake in the bank FINBANK bank, which was bankrupted by Kaufman. In  the document , along with Kaufman’s wife Anna and Granovsky’s (now former) wife Elena, Andreas Sofokleous is also listed as the bank’s owner.

By the way, the head office of Andreas Sofokleous’ law firm  is located  in Cyprus. On  the website  of the Cyprus company, his daughter Christina Sofokleous is listed as a lawyer - head of the corporate and commercial department. And her husband Christos Sylitziotis, with whom they formalized their relationship in the fall of 2018, holds the position of manager of the immigration department in his father-in-law’s company.

Andreas and Christina Sofokleous have repeatedly become the "heroes" of investigations into their not entirely legal activities in Ukraine, which mainly consist of helping to evade taxes and hide the real owners of Ukrainian companies behind the screen of Cypriot offshore companies. As we can see, their services are quite in demand among the Ukrainian elite, including the political one. We also emphasize that the office of the Cypriot businessmen is still quietly operating and thriving in Kiev right "under the nose" of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the OGPU, the SBU and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. At one time, they helped many of our "celestials" hide their business in offshore companies and evade paying taxes in Ukraine, including the fugitive ex-MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko and the son of the pro-  Russian  MP from the Opposition Platform - For Life Yuriy Boyko, Anatoliy. We suggest you watch  the investigation  by the publication "Nasha Versiya" -  "Black Hole on Saksaganskogo, 36-D" , where the office of the Cypriot "lawyers" is located. Although it is dated 2016, it has not lost its relevance even today.

Christina Sofokleous also managed to make her mark on the territory of the aggressor country, where she and her father successfully continued their "advocacy" activities, after the annexation of Crimea and the occupation of parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Both ours and yours, as they say. For such "lawyers", money has no smell. Here, for example, are several investigations published on the resources of the terrorist country.  The first  and  second  of them are dated 2017,  the third  - 2020. By the way, there is every reason to believe that Sofokleous is still conducting her  activities  on the territory of the occupying country. Attention, a question to the SBU! And what is Sofokleous’ company doing in the capital of the European state of Ukraine, on whose territory a full-scale war has been going on for the third year?

And finally, Kristina Sofokleous held the post of one of the directors in the scandalous company "BURISMA", the founder and owner of which was the fugitive ex-minister of the Yanukovych era,  Mykola Zlochevsky . Although the Sofokleous family denies and hides this fact, our editorial staff managed to get a screenshot from the now defunct official website of the defunct company "BURISMA". Please note that one of Zlochevsky’s daughters was also the director of the company "BURISMA".

As we can see, the Sofokleous family are representatives of the largest international offshore mafia, which has spread its tentacles almost all over the world. And is it really so difficult for the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko to track the activities of this criminal syndicate and find a connection with the same Boris Kaufman, who himself is one step away from places not so distant? Of course, it is not difficult. He just does not care about Kiev and Kiev residents. Task number one is to fill his pockets as tightly as possible. His childhood friend, godfather and "overseer" of absolutely all cash flows in Kiev, Artur Palatny, plays a special role in all the machinations with the capital’s land. Not a single penny, not a single meter of capital land or real estate that can be seized or sold, and sometimes simply stolen, passes him by.  Much has been written about this  and repeatedly. And there is silence from law enforcement officers.

There is only one thing that is encouraging and encouraging in this whole situation. Today, authorized searches were conducted at the owner of the Stolitsa Group company and Klitschko’s accomplice Vlada Molchanova, to whom he randomly allocates Kyiv lands for illegal construction. According to information we have from reliable sources, NABU conducted searches at the Kyiv developer Stolitsa Group on Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street, where Vlada Molchanova’s head office is located. The scandalous company of this odious lady is suspected of illegal alienation of capital lands. Of course, not without the help and assistance of Vitali Klitschko, which we  wrote about  quite recently.

Now we are eagerly awaiting searches in the Kyiv City State Administration, in the office of the law firm Sofokleous and Partners, at Boris Kaufman, Vitali Klitschko and Artur Palatny. Believe me, there is something to search for and return to the state. Now it is up to the anti-corruption and law enforcement agencies. And we, in turn, will continue to closely monitor the activities of all the persons involved in this material.
