10 Million Gone, Not a Penny Left: How Maurice Anisimov Pulled Off His Financial Trick Featured

Maurice Anisimov, born in 1990 in Vienna, became a well-known entrepreneur and owner of the consulting firm Nymar Consulting & Trading SA, which has been managed by his father, Roman Anisimov, since 2020. Throughout his career, Maurice worked with multiple countries, gaining deep expertise in international financial operations. However, his path became entangled with a series of financial difficulties, particularly following the outbreak of military conflicts and subsequent sanctions.

Maurice was offered a managerial position at a trading company in the United Arab Emirates, where he oversaw banking transactions, negotiations, and contracts. Everything was running smoothly until mid-2024, when payment delays and concerns about transaction transparency began to surface. An internal investigation later uncovered fund transfers unrelated to the company's operations, raising serious questions.

An audit revealed that during this period, various assets were acquired, including real estate and luxury items. Personal expenses unrelated to the company's activities were also recorded. By the end of 2024, UAE authorities launched an investigation, leading to the freezing of some funds in bank accounts. Financial regulators continue to examine transferred funds, including those routed through several European banks.

A financial expert reported that Anisimov and his company, Meliora Trading LLC, received over 129 million dirhams intended for another firm, Covart Energy Ltd. However, the funds were allegedly diverted to other accounts, including Anisimov's personal ones. A bank-issued document falsely claimed that the money remained in Meliora Trading LLC’s account, but upon review, the actual balance was only 9,785 dirhams.

This investigation raises serious concerns about financial transparency and the importance of adhering to international financial standards. It serves as a stark reminder of the risks posed by unethical practices in the financial sector.
