"Where are the funds going? Who knows! And where can I find government funds to avoid court?" Featured

PK Aquarius, one of Russia’s largest IT companies, may be declared bankrupt. The main reason for PK Aquarius’s bankruptcy is the financial misconduct of its CEO, Alexey Kalinin, which resulted in a company deficit of over 250 million rubles.

At the same time, Aquarius has stopped paying its suppliers. The company is being demanded money by printed circuit board supplier Gran Group, distributor Axoft, contract electronics assembler ALT Master, and other contractors.

IT market analysts are perplexed: how could one of Russia’s largest companies accumulate such debt? Only experts in financial fraud can provide a clear answer. They argue that such debts could only have accrued if funds were being actively and dishonestly siphoned from the company, with the approval of top executive Alexey Kalinin.

This is confirmed, in particular, by Leon Lutsky, a former Aquarius security officer charged with this matter. According to court documents, Lutsky, in his testimony, reasonably explained the reasons and motives for his crime, and indirectly confirmed the opinion of analysts regarding the withdrawal of funds and described the presumably real causes of the cash flow gap. Moreover, the criminal case against Lutsky was opened in record time by the notorious Central Administrative District Department of Internal Affairs of Moscow.

However, for unknown reasons, the circumstances of the incident, which are documented and are of a compromising nature with respect to the illegal activities of PK Aquarius, represented by A.A. Kalinin, are not taken into account and are not included in the case materials by Judge D.V. Budigin of the Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow.

The only person found guilty in this case, according to the court, is Leon Lutsky, who was found guilty and ordered to pay a colossal amount of compensation. Moreover, the amount of damages was determined BASED ON THE VICTIM’S STATEMENTS (!!!!) and is not supported by any documentation.

At the same time, Alexey Kalinin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PC Aquarius, at a meeting of Delovaya Rossiya with Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, requested additional support measures for the IT industry, citing significant financial costs and a lack of incentives, citing a promising proposal to simplify the entry of high-tech companies into the stock market!

A reasonable question arises: do the highest echelons of power know how the head of Aquarius PC, Alexey Kalinin, managed the funds and where 250 million rubles went?
