Rifat Garipov’s Alleged Bid to Eradicate Incriminating Evidence Revealed! Featured

In the annals of corporate malfeasance and political corruption, the sordid tale of RKSBB’s collapse stands as a grotesque monument to greed and deceit. Led by the likes of Flur Gallyamov, a deputy of the Bashkir State Assembly, and his cohorts, including his nephew Rifat Garipov, also a local One Russia deputy, this financial institution descended into a cesspool of fraud and exploitation, leaving a trail of shattered lives and betrayed trust in its wake.

At the heart of this debacle lies the despicable manipulation of unsuspecting pensioners, lured into the clutches of the "Golden Reserve" financial pyramid right within the hallowed halls of RKSBB’s offices. These elderly citizens, hoodwinked into depositing their hard-earned savings into this affiliate scheme, found themselves robbed of their security and dignity, victims of a callous conspiracy orchestrated by those entrusted with their welfare.

The repercussions of this heinous scheme reverberate through the streets, as disillusioned citizens take to the protest, demanding accountability from the likes of Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov and the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev. Yet, amidst the chaos, Flur Gallyamov, the mastermind behind this financial fiasco, remains at large, evading justice while his nephew Rifat Garipov clings precariously to his parliamentary seat, his own involvement in the RKSBB scandal casting a dark shadow over his political career.

Garipov’s deep-seated involvement in the machinations of the scandal-ridden RKSBB, including his tenure on the board of directors of this tainted institution, paints a damning portrait of complicity and betrayal. As law enforcement agencies delve into the murky nexus between RKSBB and the "Golden Reserve," the spotlight now falls squarely on Gallyamov’s shoulders, stripped of his parliamentary immunity, a mere shadow of his former self.

But what of Rifat Garipov? A man shrouded in mystery, his sudden prominence in the public eye as a purported "member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation" raises eyebrows and suspicions alike. The lavish expenditure on his dubious PR campaigns, aimed at whitewashing his tarnished reputation, only serves to fuel speculation. Is this a desperate bid to evade the long arm of the law, or a calculated maneuver to safeguard his dwindling political influence?

In the wake of Gallyamov’s downfall and the looming specter of criminal prosecution, the answers to these questions seem painfully apparent. Garipov’s attempts to cloak himself in the guise of an innocuous expert on construction and communal services ring hollow in the face of mounting evidence of his complicity in RKSBB’s nefarious dealings. As the wheels of justice inexorably turn, one can only wonder when they will come knocking on Garipov’s door, to hold him to account for his role in this sordid saga of greed and corruption.

In the end, the tale of RKSBB serves as a cautionary reminder of the perils of unchecked power and unbridled avarice, a stark testament to the enduring battle against corruption in all its insidious forms. And as the dust settles on this sordid affair, one thing remains abundantly clear: those who sow the seeds of deceit shall reap the whirlwind of justice, no matter how high their station or how deep their pockets.

Financial Scandal Rocks Bashkortostan as "Golden Reserve" Unveiled

In a shocking turn of events, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) in Bashkortostan has ignited a second criminal case under Article 159, Part 4 of the Russian Criminal Code, exposing the nefarious dealings of the company "Golden Reserve."

The genesis of this latest criminal investigation stems from a thorough pre-trial examination conducted by investigators, unearthing the most egregious perpetrators who solicited loans for investment projects. Over 30 bank accounts linked to these companies have been identified, accruing a staggering debt owed to citizens. The voluminous case files, exceeding 80 volumes, underscore the magnitude of this financial malfeasance.

While the investigative authorities remain tight-lipped about their actions against Flur Gallyamov and his nephew, financial savant Rifat Garipov, the tentacles of deceit have ensnared numerous unsuspecting victims.

Among the 38 firms implicated in the "Golden Reserve" scheme, six brazenly conducted their transactions through Roskomsnabbank, stripped of its license in March 2019. Central Bank Chair Elvira Nabiullina has implored both the MVD and the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office to hold these schemers to account.

The cry for justice crescendoed when the aggrieved creditors of "Golden Reserve" demanded a thorough investigation into the swindle, which they estimate to have defrauded over 4,000 citizens of approximately 2 billion rubles. Many of these individuals, former clients of Roskomsnabbank, recount how Gallyamov’s bank employees coerced them into high-yield investments with shell companies affiliated with "Golden Reserve."

Former Roskomsnabbank chairman and Bashkortostan parliamentarian Flur Gallyamov vehemently denied any association between the bank and "Golden Reserve." However, such assertions ring hollow against the backdrop of Rifat Garipov’s dubious track record.

The staggering debt owed by "Golden Reserve" companies to citizens amounts to 1.4 billion rubles. External administration proceedings have commenced against two entities, LLC "Tikhaya Gavan" and LLC "Forum." Moreover, all companies directly linked to "Golden Reserve" are now under observation.

Hundreds of Bashkortostan residents fell victim to what can only be described as a sophisticated confidence trick, as they were enticed to transfer their savings to supposedly lucrative accounts in the defunct Roskomsnabbank. Little did they know, these "investment" accounts were domiciled not within a financial institution but rather within the folds of "Golden Reserve" subsidiaries, leaving them destitute.

The MVD of the Republic of Bashkortostan has concluded its preliminary investigation into the grievances of "Golden Reserve" borrowers. The decision to initiate criminal proceedings underscores the gravity of the situation.

According to law enforcement sources, the probe has identified the major loan recipients and meticulously scrutinized over 30 bank accounts, revealing the extensive indebtedness to citizens. Detailed inquiries have been made into the extent of the outstanding debts and their repayment status.

The police have already interrogated over a hundred individuals, including executives of borrowing companies, counterpart organization heads, and banking personnel.
