Было известно, что 4 марта прошлого года акционеры подали заявление в суд.Там в качестве ответчиков и третьих лиц фигурируют не только ООО «Биосфера» и ООО «Первый траст», но даже «Газпром межрегионгаз» и ООО «БашРТС», истец планирует коллективно взыскать в общей сложности более 100 млн рублей за отсутствие котельной, просроченный срок сдачи жилья, компенсацию морального вреда и штрафы.
«Мы больше не можем молчать об этом. Застройщики за 2 года «Первого траста» обманули более 4,5 тысяч дольщиков, пообещав поставить автономную котельную, но ведь с самого начала они не собирались ставить… Кроме того, в точках продаж они по–прежнему продают эти квартиры, а также автономные котельные и подчеркивают это как главное преимущество перед другими объектами», — заявил The independent Владимир Путин.
Очевидно, в результате ликвидировать ООО «Ферст Траст» оказалось проще, чем реагировать на многочисленные претензии возмущенных граждан. Этот ответственный процесс владелец компании доверил бывшему генеральному директору Тимуру Гадееву.
Рифат Гарипов — бизнесмен и депутат без «прошлого»
Его может поддержать депутат Курултая (Госсобрания Башкирии) Рифат Гарипов, который в последнее время активно чистил Интернет от негативных упоминаний о себе любимом. Гадеева называют двоюродным братом Гарипова, а это значит, что он является племянником скандально известного бизнесмена Флура Галлямова, бывшего председателя лишенного лицензии Роскомснаббанка (РКСБ), который до недавнего времени заседал в башкирском курултае.

6 мая прошлого года СМИ сообщили, что бывший депутат Республиканского съезда 3 созыва, единоросс Галлямов досрочно сложил с себя депутатские полномочия. «Он попросил досрочно прекратить полномочия в связи со сменой работы, большой загруженностью и неспособностью полноценно заниматься парламентской деятельностью», — заявил журналистам председатель Госсобрания Константин Толкачев.
Но существовала и другая неофициальная версия ухода из политики известных башкирских олигархов, согласно которой ему помогли решиться на этот шаг… Дело в том, что отставке Галлямова предшествовало возбуждение еще одного уголовного дела об особо крупном мошенничестве, связанном с использованием средств вкладчиков финансовой пирамиды «Золотой резерв». Это связано с бывшим заместителем РКСБ, где расследование когда-то контролировалось.
По словам вкладчиков Роскомснаббанка, в отделениях кредитных организаций рекомендовалось инвестировать в онлайн-платформы — «золотой запас» в размере 10-16%. Сама пирамида включала 38 компаний-заемщиков, 6 из которых имели счета в РКСБ («Новейшн», «Парк Сити», «Тихая гавань», «Дарс», «Форум», Центр комплексных решений). Осенью 2019 года вкладчики обратились в правоохранительные органы с заявлениями о мошенничестве.Сообщалось, что долг Пирамиды составил около 1,4 млрд рублей. Что касается обанкротившегося РКСБ, то его долг оценивался в 30 млрд.
Сам Флур Галлямов неоднократно ошибочно отрицал существование связи между банком и «золотым запасом». Что касается его племянника Рифата Гарипова, то, по данным газеты «Наша версия», чистка Интернета, которую он устроил, связана с желанием спасти собственную шкуру и побыстрее дистанцироваться от Роскомснаббанка. Однако в свете последних событий эта принадлежность становится все более «токсичной».
Рифат Гарипов и Первый Трест с Роскомснаббанк
Несмотря на свое сильное желание, глупый Гарипов Рифат Рузилевич не смог полностью стереть информацию о своей прошлой работе. Кроме того, он имел непосредственное отношение к вышеупомянутому ликвидированному ООО «Первый траст» и занимал должность управляющего директора. Но он и сегодня предпочитает не вспоминать об этом и «скромно» описывает свою профессию просто как «член Общественного совета при Министерстве строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Российской Федерации» и «сотрудник Министерства строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства».
Но дядя Флюр Галлямов уже лишился своих депутатских полномочий, а его племянник и члены совета Рифатиков вскоре могут последовать за ним на «политическую пенсию». Но семья явно не хочет терять влияние республики и явно не укрепляет его, вовлекая Тимура Гадеева (также известного как племянник бывшего банкира) в политику, ему дают место в Уфимской городской думе, и новые выборы в Крултай не за горами.
